Red Hart Ranch is so much more than just a pretty backdrop. While the mountains are beautiful, Eve spends a lot of time in her kitchen, cooking for her best friends, her family and of course, the ranch hands who make Red Hart Ranch work. In the back of each Red Hart Ranch book are the recipes eve's table, and I'll be compiling a recipe book for the full series when it's complete.

Below is my own contribution to Red Hart's Christmas table. i make this ham every year for friends and family. it's always a wonderful centrepiece to talk around each Christmas.
